It is heartening to see the pride in Bhalchandra Kadu's eyes : a pride for his art, craft heritage and lineage. It is the kind of pride that's amiss, rare even, amongst craftspeople today.
In 1971 he worked for manufacturing companies in kolhapur and mumbai for 5 years , he discovered his own studio "REVATI METAL CRAFTS".
which was manufacturing aluminium utensils and underwater lights. In 1995 he started working for NGO's working in art and culture. Also he used to work as an
Art Director for Ganesh Utsav Decorations got apprecialted at Maharastra Level 3 times winner and Second Runeer up.
He visited Arizona State University
and Yale University to teach our unique 5000 years old Art also helped HODs of Anthropology in their research.
He aspires to found a training school for continuing the legacy of his beloved craft. Apart from being a successful craft entrepreneur, Kadusaab would also make an excellent mentor for the young generation of Tambat craftspeople.
